VSAT NETWORK :

The committed information rate at each VSAT node is 8/32 kbps and it can reach dynamically to 128kbps/8mbps considering the online of VSAT at any instant of time.

RF link at 7 Places : ORSAC, NIC, HOD Govt. Treasury, Aranya Bhavan, Secha Sadan, C.S. Office

UTILISATION OF VSAT NETWORK

• National (Natural) Resources Information System (NRIS) Databases for effective planning and management of resources.
• Disaster warning, relief and rescue operations and post - disaster operation/reconstruction.
• Data access to common public for development and social justice.
• Management Information System for e-Governance.
• Interactive Training for skill development, technology transfer and dissemination of information.
• Panchayati Raj Department is using the GRAMSAT Network for its day to day financial transaction using PriaSoft & RuralSoft S/W at GP/Block/District levels.
